Poppyseed Chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 cup milk
4 breasts of chicken (cooked & cut up in bite-size pieces)
1 cup Ritz crackers
1 Tbsp poppy seed
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted


Mix soup, sour cream, and milk. Arrange cooked chicken in casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers; add poppy seed and margarine. Mix. Sprinkle over top of chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 300° for 1 hour. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
