Perfect to start in the bread maker...perfect in my belly!
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
1 egg
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 and 3/4 cups flour
1 package yeast
Place in bread maker in order listed. Add more flour/water if needed to make dough. Use "dough" cycle on bread maker.
When cycle is complete, separate dough into two balls. Roll out each dough ball into a circle. Spread with 2 tablespoons softened butter and cut out dough in pizza shapes. Each ball makes 8 rolls. Roll up each "pizza shape" like a crescent roll starting at the bigger end. Repeat for second dough ball. Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
