This is in my crockpot right now, and it smells AMAZING! Every time I go to make it, I always have to text my mom to figure out if I am doing it right. This time I'm writing it down! I can't wait to eat it tonight!
1 lb. hamburger
1 can corn
1-2 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes (depending on your taste)
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 package taco seasoning
First, brown your hamburger. Drain any fat, then dump it in the crockpot. Next, dump all your cans in undrained and add the entire package of taco seasoning. Yep. That's it. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
I did add a little extra water so it was a little more runny. If it's too chunky then it's not really "soup."
We are eating ours with tortilla chips in the bottom, topped with cheese and sour cream.
Nate better hurry up before I eat it all...
Excuse my nonprofessional picture that lacks a cute little title and swirly-gigs and decorations. I'm not a food blogger, remember?
