yes, i have been missing. yes, this is how i start out every blog post.
oh well.
things have been going remarkably well. i am currently back at school trying to get edumakated and stuff. it's fun. i am loving the semester so far, and everything seems to be going in my favor, so that is good. any hoodlum...here is a look at what i've been up to the last little while.

my ward (and the majority of the women across the US i'm sure) was given the new book for relief society. they also talked about it in the general rs broadcast. SO EXCITED! i haven't been able to read it yet because school consumes my life...but i am anxious to GET the time to read it. it shall be swell.

every semester that i have lived with my lovely julie (aka wrench), she has brought with her a purple lamp. (seen above) that's when all the secrets came out. the little purple lamp was the staple of our tiny bedroom, and i am saddened at the fact we don't get to bond over it. however, she made me this cute little picture when she graduated. "purple magic forever." i love her. :)

me, aubs, and addison made colorful homemade oreos before school started. SO FUN! i just love those guys. :)

the folks finally pulled josh's truck out. it's been at a neighbor's shop since the funeral because my parents and the fam couldn't stand to look at it. it was just too hard. this was a big step in the life of the jenkins, and i couldn't be more proud. we took it for a couple spins before i moved to school. it's amazing how the sound & smell of old blue bring me back to my times with my big bro. dropping me off at school, busting through snow drifts, picking me up at volleyball practice & piano lessons, the countless drives to mutual and BYD...it all brings me back to some of my favorite memories with josh. i used to look across the street at the high school while i was in jr high & see old blue parked side ways, on the side walks, or with a dirtbike or snowmobile in the back. i just love that boy. :)

a few months after my great grandpa passed away, the family was able to go to his house & look through what was left of his & grandmas stuff. I took some of grandmas old earings, pins, and buttons and made them into magnets. they turned out really fun.
i've also been into pinterest. SO FUN! so here are some quotes that i love.

until next time..... keep er wicked! braaaaaap!
